When we look at the painting of Nuria Guinovart, we see a complex painting, as when we refer to the technique used by the artist _ asismic cement, wax and tar on a surface of polystyrene or wood, as for its formal or informal content. It seems she is painting a wall as a mural, evoking the scent.
In her work she doesn’t use pigments, cement itself is handled with the technique of grattage, scratching the surface and creating rows, both vertically and horizontally, which evokes the idea and converts the image displayed in the alchemy of silence.
