Gloria Cot is a graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona. She combines teaching with the practice and theory of art.
In 1992 she starts to make her first exhibitions. She has several prizes and scholarships since then, her work has been taking a continuity that the experience and the years have been consolidated.
She belongs to a generation of restless artists . The fact she has started in Reus in an era where there was a great creative effervescence, was also the key to mark a beginning that is bearing fruit.
Her work is at present a conceptual work of great conceptual maturity, without departing from the traditional techniques she gets a fresh and innovative language.
